Jaime Gomez carried out an EPC inspection for us on 23/10/2016. He arrived punctually, did a very thorough inspection,taking 1 hour 30 minutes,to examine,and photograph, eg the gas-boiler, gas cylinders,etc.
He also did a diagram of the house,and took details of our nie numbers, catastral number,etc.
Within one day Jaime had calculated the EPC rating,registered it,and sent us all the relevant paperwork by e-mail. We would not hesitate to recommend him, we are very satisfied clients. Well done Jaime!
Jaime Gomez carried out an EPC inspection at my house on 23/10/2016. He was punctual, efficient and polite. His inspection was very thorough,taking almost one and a half hours. He took photos,eg of our gas boiler and cylinders, explained everything to us,and also made a sketch of the house dimensions,as well as taking details of our nie numbers and catastral number. Within one day he had calculated the EPC rating, registered it with the appropriate authorities,and sent us an e-mail with all the necessary certificates and documents for us to print off.
